While I currently lack of experience and funding for development cost, I am prepared to offer a significant share of equity (25-30%)to the right individuals who can contribute their expertise. If accept the role as stated below. I will provide you a mutual agreement of both side parties to protects confidential information shared by both parties. Once agreement has been agreed on both parties I will provide Shareholder Agreement on the shared we have agreed on. Then we can proceed with the business documentations sharing.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the full-stack mobile app development for both iOS and Android platforms (Flutter, React Native, or native).

Collaborate closely on product architecture, MVP roadmap, and feature rollouts.

Build and maintain a secure, scalable backend (Firebase, Node.js, or similar).

Participate in strategic decisions and product vision discussions.
